  • Competitive Salary
    PANDEY offers salaries that are competitive in the industry.


  • Family Health Insurance Plan
    Group Health Insurance Plan for you and your dependents; the premium is paid by both the Company and the employee, with the employee paying a much smaller share. The Plan provides coverage for office visits with a co-pay, as well as competitive coverage for hospital, surgery and more. Prescription benefits with small co-pays are also included in the Plan.

  • Flex Time
    Unless a specific job site or job responsibilities dictate otherwise, employees have the opportunity to use Flex-time; so you may begin work between the hours of 7 and 9 am, and leave at a corresponding, appropriate time.

  • Paid Holidays
    PANDEY provides 7 paid holidays

  • Paid Vacation
    • 10 days per year for the 1st (pro-rated and accrued bi-weekly) through the 5th year of employment.
    • 15 days per year for the 6th through the 7th year of employment
    • 18 days per year for the 8th through the 9th year of employment
    • 20 days per year from the 10th year of employment and thereafter

  • Bereavement Leave
    Employees may take up to 3 days of paid bereavement leave for the death of a member of the employee's immediate family. "Immediate family" includes the employee's spouse, child, parent or sibling; and the child, parent or sibling of the employee's spouse.

  • Fun Company Events
    We've been known to throw a party or two and we believe in celebrating our successes with those who made it all happen; our employees.

  • Professional Development
    Our employees are active in many professional circles and are often called on to present at industry events. High performing employees are selected to attend various training conferences and trade shows held through out the United States


Additional Benefits After 90 Days of Employment

Effective the first day of the month following 90 days of continuous employment for regular full-time employees, PANDEY adds the following additional Employee Benefits.
  • Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance
    Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance for the employee at no cost to the employee, subject to acceptance by the insurance carrier.


  • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
    Life Insurance is provided at no cost to the Employee at 100% of annual salary to a maximum of $150,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan. The Plan includes Accidental Death & Dismemberment subject to the terms and conditions of the plan document.

  • Group Dental Insurance
    Employees and their dependents are eligible for Group Dental Insurance; the premium is paid by both the Company and the employee with the employee paying a much smaller share.


After one year of Employment

After one year of employment, regular full-time employees are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Pension and Profit-Sharing Plan subject to the terms and conditions of the Company Plan.

The minimum company matching pension contribution is 3% of eligible annual salary. Historically, PANDEY has made profit sharing contributions ranging from 2-6% of annual salary, in addition to the 3% pension match, for a total pension and profit sharing contribution ranging from 5% to 9% of annual salary for eligible employees.
