Additional Benefits After 90 Days of Employment
Effective the first day of the month following 90 days of continuous employment for regular full-time employees,
PANDEY adds the following additional Employee Benefits.
- Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance
Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance, subject to acceptance by the insurance carrier.
- Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Life Insurance is provided at no cost to the Employee at 100% of annual salary subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
- Group Dental Insurance
Employees and their dependents are eligible for Group Dental Insurance.
After one year of Employment
After one year of employment, subject to the applicable Plan and legal requirements, regular full-time employees are eligible to participate in the Company Retirement Plans.
