PANDEY is at the forefront of landfill redevelopment, and was selected by Ohio EPA to represent all Ohio EPA Certified Professionals (Brownfield Licensed Professionals) to the Hazardous Waste division of the Ohio EPA. Coordination between Hazardous Waste and Brownfield regulations is essential to successfully redeveloping a landfill site through advantageous Brownfield strategies.

The President of our firm served as chairman and technical advisor of the Fate and Transport Modeling Group, Ohio EPA subcommittee on development of generic standards, Senate Bill 221, Ohio's Voluntary Action Program from 1994 through 1996. He was also a member of the Phase II/ Groundwater Workgroup for the Wave 2 Rule Revision in 2002.
